We believe the best advertisement for Navy Health is you. If you refer an eligible friend to Navy Health before the 31 January 2008, you will receive a $50 gift voucher from your choice of Coles Group & Myer, Bunnings Warehouse or JB HiFi.

How does it work?

1. Simply tell your friends about Navy Health.

2. Check if they are eligible to join Navy Health (see Eligibility)

3. When your friend is filling in the application form, tell them to write your membership number and name on the application – in the section ‘How did you hear about us?”

4. When your friend has been a member with Navy Health for 2 months we will contact you to determine which gift voucher you would prefer.

5. Return the form and we will mail your voucher.

It’s that easy and there is no limit on how many vouchers you can earn – so start spreading the word about Navy Health.
